Coaching Philosophy:
My coaching philosophy is to focus on a high level style of hockey using the most current standards of cross training and hockey fundamental techniques, using professional and college coaching styles of teaching. They will learn the mental psyche of the game by learning what it takes to get to the next level. “Mental Sports Success. The mental side of the game” My training programs will be designed using cardio, isometric and weight training to maximize my player’s potential allowing them to play a high-tempo paced game.
I will run Drills that allow my players to execute offensively and defensively at a game time speed with confidence and knowledge broken down by learning F1, F2, F3, D1 and D2 skill sets at a game-like pace. I’ll work at developing my players step by step, repetitious drills for muscle memory and quality ice time utilizing every minute to ensure maximum coach/player training during practice. Team Unity is a must, camaraderie is key and success follows.
