Coaching Philosophy:
For proper goaltender development their needs to be a focus on each goaltenders strengths and identify areas of improvement to raise their level of play as a whole throughout the season and prepare them for the future. I do not believe in cookie cutter goaltending as I understand that every goaltender is different and I will accommodate for each to help improve their game.  I focus on a strong foundation ... Skating, Positioning, Save Selection, Recoveries, Rebound Management, and Puck Handling,  I utilize several different drills, tools, and games to improve development as well as making it fun for the goaltenders while learning.
